Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the handloom product is unused, unwashed, and has all original brand tags and hand-carved buttons intact in their original packaging.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no additional cost to you.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
